I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were equipped with decent toiletries and had a broken window that was duct-taped, but the shower was excellent and having a balcony was lovely.

The shower was excellent, and the toiletries provided were decent. The service was good with room service and housekeeping available, but there was an extra charge for some services. The location, right beside the San Pedro market in the historical center, was convenient for exploring. The dining area offered a nice view of Cusco and the meal was pleasant. However, there were some drawbacks like a pancake platter being the only option available. The facilities were adequate, but nothing extraordinary.
Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The rooms were beautifully decorated with Peruvian elements and offered excellent shower facilities. The hotel's prime location near the San Pedro market and the historical center made it very convenient for exploring the area. The dining experience with a view of Cusco was a highlight, although the fruit salads were a bit basic. Overall, a great value for money stay with cozy Peruvian decor.
